Odíhg Vorjíh (/vor/ /ʤɪ̞/ [look; appearance (looks)] [late]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nijhobbub Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Odíhg Vorjíh is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Vorjíh was founded by Brèqtconm Castell, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Odíhg Vorjíh has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 23°C (73°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Odíhg Vorjíh receives an average of 240 cm/y (94 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Odíhg Vorjíh covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1112 m (3648 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Odíhg Vorjíh was founded durring the early 15th century in winter of the year 1430, by Brèqtconm Castell. The establishment of Odíhg Vorjíh suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Odíhg Vorjíh was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Vorjíh is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Odíhg Vorjíh is buildings are built arround a single narrow cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Odíhg Vorjíh's brittle defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Right off the bat Odíhg Vorjíh hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

Civic Infrastructure

Odíhg Vorjíh has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Odíhg Vorjíh.
